Chilli Chicken

Chilli Chicken

   
Ingredients:
boneless chicken-250 grms
corn flour-3 table spns
ajinomato-2 table spns
chilli powder-1 table spn
egg-1 egg white
onions-1 big one
capsicum-1
garlic-10-15 pods
ginger-1 inch piece
chillies-8-10
tomato sause-1 table spns
garlic chilli sause-1 table spn
soya sause-1 table spn
salt-to taste
oil-for deep fry

Method:

First take chicken in bowl,add salt,chilli powder(1 spn),ajinamoto(1 spn),corn flour,egg white and mix well.
Deep fry the chicken in oil and keep aside.
Now ,take a pan with oil(required),ginger,garlic fry them for 1 min.
Add in the chillies(split),onions(sliced),capsicum(1 inch pieces) and fry them for 3 min.
Then add in the tomato sause,garlic chilli sause,soya sause and let them saute for 1 min.
Add in the remaining salt,chilli powder,ajinomoto and required water and cover the pan with lid and cook untill all the water evaporates.
