MANGO LASSI

INGREDIENTS:

RIPE MANGO-1
SUGAR-1/4TH CUP
CURD-1 CUP
ICE CUBES-3
ELACHI POWDER-A PINCH
SAFFRON- 2 STRANDS

PROCEDURE:
---------------------
1. TAKE OUT THE PULR OF RIPE MANGO.
2. TAKE A JUICER JAR AND TRANSFER THIS MANGO PULP INTO IT.
3.NOW ADD CURD,SUGAR,ELACHI POWDER AND ICE CUBES  AND BLEND IT TILL SMOOTH.
4. NOW TRANFER THIS LASSI INTO A BOWL AND GARNISH WITH SAFFRON.
5.SERVE CHILLED.
